Greetings Sweet SiStar and welcome to this months teaching.
Before you continue, I encourage you to go somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed. Get nice and comfortable, surround yourself with things that bring you a sense of peace, even if it's just a crystal or lighting some incense.
Give yourself some time and space to explore what this teaching means to You.
Some days we have more time than others, so this is why you have a whole month to reflect and create that space for yourself.
Set your intention to make this time your own, to process this journey and BE in the energies.
When you are ready, begin to take some nice deep breaths, with every out breath you feel your heart begin to expand just that little bit more.
When you are feeling relaxed and ready, begin this teaching.

Journaling is an important part of this process. Journaling is amazing for your spiritual growth, writing will help you grow in all areas of your life. Writing is great therapy, it helps set intentions, set goals, affirmations, gratitude lists, dreams and so much more.
Light Language takes many forms and it is used to communicate directly with your DNA. It aids your ascension and the process of REMEMBRANCE. The language of light is passed through a symbol that you will learn. They connect us to the joy of Being and enable us to communicate and heal more fully.
